Guest rooms are well-appointed, featuring comfortable bedding and clean, modern bathrooms. the breakfast is sumptuous with great variety. the fitness center is well-equipped, and the hot springs are exceptional. It also has a bar and restaurant with delicious food.

Luxurious retreat with exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness centre is fantastic, offering massages, sauna and hot spring baths. Restaurant serves delicious in-room breakfast. This hotel is perfect for those looking for tranquillity and privacy in a beautiful location.

The hot springs were amazing and very well-maintained. the different pools with different functions were very relaxing and refreshing. the staff was also very friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. the location was also great, with easy access to surrounding areas and beautiful mountain views.

The WiFi was a bit unreliable at times, causing some inconvenience. the lobby lounge closed too early, leaving little options for entertainment in the evening.

We had a great time at this hotel. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The rooms were clean and comfy, making our stay relaxing. The hotel facilities were great as well. The breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. Additionally, the location was perfect for us, there was a mountain behind the hotel that we climbed with the help of the nice staff.

Great hot springs! The pools were well-maintained and had different temperatures and functions. We also liked that there were refreshments available on the second floor of the hot spring property. The staff was polite and accommodating. The room was spacious and had a beautiful mountain view. We enjoyed the welcome fruit platter and the comfortable bathroom. The buffet dinner and Chinese lunch at the all-day dining restaurant were delicious.

The WiFi connection was a bit unstable, but not a big issue. We were disappointed that the swimming pool was not available during our stay as we were hoping to do some swimming.
